PACKAGING

Orders are packaged and shipped from our warehouse in Grand Rapids, MN within (1) business day of receiving payment for online orders.

LOCAL PICK-UP

Orders may be picked up at our warehouse during normal business hours to avoid shipping costs. Simply choose 'Local Pickup' during the checkout process.

CANCELLATIONS

Call us immediately at (877)326-0499 if you believe you placed an order in error or wish to change it. Once an order has shipped from our warehouse, it can not be cancelled or changed.

RETURNS

You may return all or part of your order for any reason, however you must pay for return shipping costs. All returns must be unopened, non-damaged, and properly packaged. Credit will be issued for returned items if received in new condition.

EXCHANGES

We only accept exchanges on local orders. You may exchange unopened items in original packaging for any other product of same price. Stop by our warehouse to exchange during normal business hours.
